Privacy policy
AI Museum Companion is a read-only educational plugin for browsing curated AI-history exhibits and taking short quizzes in ChatGPT or Codex.
Data processed
The plugin receives only the fields required by its tools: language, room identifier, exhibit identifier, quiz topic, and question count. It does not request names, contact details, precise location, payment information, health information, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, MFA codes, or full chat histories.
Purpose and legal basis
Tool inputs are processed solely to return the requested museum content or quiz. Where applicable, processing is necessary to provide the user-requested service. The plugin does not use inputs for advertising, profiling, model training, or sale.
Storage and retention
The application is designed not to persist tool inputs, quiz answers, or scores in an application database. Quiz progress may be kept temporarily by the ChatGPT widget host for the active widget session. The application does not intentionally write tool inputs, quiz answers, scores, or chat content to its logs.
Service providers and network data
The production service is hosted by Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses, routing data, URLs, invocation metadata, system configuration, errors, and security events. Cloudflare Workers Logs retention is plan-dependent: Cloudflare currently documents three days on the Workers Free plan and seven days on the Workers Paid plan, with a maximum retention period of seven days. User choices
No account is required. Users can stop using or uninstall the plugin at any time. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@playaimuseum.com.
Children
The companion is suitable for a general audience but is not directed to children under 13.

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
